She also gave Cinderella a beautiful dress, and glass slippers, and warned her to be back before the stroke of midnight, or else the magic would wear off.

The prince searched the kingdom to find the owner of the glass slipper. He tried it on the foot of every girl in the kingdom, but it fit perfectly on Cinderella’s foot, revealing her as the mystery princess.
Cinderella’s stepfamily was shocked and ashamed, but Cinderella forgave them and she married the prince. They lived happily ever after.
